The 5th Annual Directors Forum was a great success! With 100+ attendees in two cities, this year’s events featured: role play of M&A takeover/bidding scenario; in-depth discussion related to executive compensation; a simulation of a whistleblower case using an actual Foreign Corrupt Practices Act example; and two outstanding keynote addresses. Thank you for being a part of the Forum and we hope you will join us again in 2012.

Goodwin Procter is pleased to present, in conjunction with Dartmouth’s Tuck School of Business, our annual conference focused solely on issues affecting directors of public companies. With a combination of keynote speaker, panel discussions and case study, the 2011 event will address topics ranging from changes in the whistleblower law and the implications for the public company director, an array of executive compensation issues resulting from Dodd-Frank and other SEC rule changes, and a host of issues examined in a case study focused on the perils and pitfalls of public company M&A activity.
