Thank you for participating in the 2012 Directors Forum
The Sixth Annual Goodwin Procter Directors Forum was a success again this year. Once again this year, we presented our engaging program in Silicon Valley and in Boston. The 2012 program focused on issues faced by directors of public companies, as well as companies planning to go public in the future. Through a combination of interactive sessions, panel discussions and a keynote address, the 2012 event included topics ranging from the role of the Board of Directors in the strategic planning process to questions the Board should be asking related to social media to key considerations when contemplating a dual-track IPO/sale strategy. Thank you for your participation and for helping to make this year’s events such a great success.
